Marianne was born and raised in Puerto Rico. When she graduated high school she left the island to attend Iowa State University in Ames, IA where she graduated with a bachelors of science in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She graduated & got married. Marianne and her husband have three amazing kids, Jackson, Marlena, and Stella. She finds it a blessing for her children to have their Nana and Papa and other family members so close by. She also finds Nebraska City to be a wonderful community to be part of. Although far from home, Marianne cherishes her roots and native Spanish language and enjoys teaching her children about their Latin heritage. Marianne is actively involved in her children’s activities, she’s also a member of the Beta Mu chapter of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She enjoys singing, exercising, traveling, watching scary movies, home decorating, and making all sorts of arts and crafts, especially DIY projects. Not having grown up with football, she’s learned to love the Huskers and the Big Red phenomenon in Nebraska. Marianne is hard working and caring. She’s looking forward to helping you with your Real Estate needs and serving the local community with her bilingual skills.
