If you are looking for a real estate professional, I would highly recommend Jackie Lunzmann.  I owned a very specific type of property and wanted a REALTOR with a good marketing approach which included listing on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  I am an out-of-state REALTOR/Branch Manager and felt that the MLS would give maximum exposure.  As it turned out, my property posted to MLS on a Friday and went under contract with a full price offer on the following Monday.  Jackie was very responsive during the contract period with great communication, frequent updates and was on top of any questions/concerns.  All "A's" in my book
